This hosted sailing will provide guests with the opportunity to enjoy private events with celebrated guest chef Susur Lee on board exclusively for our group. Mix and mingle with Chef Lee during exclusive epicurean experiences and interactive demonstrations that will reflect the taste and style of the region, as well as his own culinary character.

Hailed by Zagat as “a culinary genius,” Susur Lee has emerged from his humble beginnings as a 16-year-old apprentice in Hong Kong to become a worldwide leader in Asian fusion cuisine, blending traditional Chinese dishes with classical French techniques. In addition to opening award-winning restaurants Madeline and Lee in Toronto, Shang in New York City and Zentan in Washington DC, Lee is a sought-after guest chef across the globe, and has been featured on numerous media outlets, including the CBS Morning Show and on season two of Bravo’s reality series "Top Chef Masters.” A noted philanthropist, he contributes regularly to charity and community projects.
